Fukushima is a victim of secret technology,  a virus (allegedly developed and manufactured by Israel), which lays dormant until it learns how selected secret level computer systems work. Jim Stone suggests that the Fukushima computer systems controlling the plant were a victim of sabotage via this virus. He also suggests that nuclear and HAARP technologies were involved in disrupting the tectonic plates, causing the earth quake to occur.
